Program Description:
TemperaturePro uses SMS messaging to communicate with leads and customers who have:

• Requested information or scheduled an appointment
• Opted in to receive promotional or marketing communications

Messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Service reminders
• Promotional offers and special discounts
• Updates or alerts about new products and services

Message Frequency:

You will receive communications tailored to your interactions with TemperaturePro, including service-related updates and infrequent promotional messages. Message frequency may vary.

Example of Messaging Content:
Here are examples of messages you may receive:

• Service Messages:
  “Your service appointment with TemperaturePro is confirmed for [date/time]. Reply CONFIRM to confirm or RESCHEDULE to adjust your appointment.”
  “Reminder: Our technician will arrive today between [time range]. Reply HELP for assistance.”
• Marketing Messages:
  “Don’t miss out! Schedule your HVAC tune-up this month and get $50 off. Visit [link] or call [phone number].”
  “Upgrade your HVAC system today and enjoy up to $500 in savings. Call [phone number] or visit [link].”

Consent for Marketing Messages:
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications, including promotional and marketing messages, from TemperaturePro. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opt-Out Process:
You can cancel SMS communications at any time:

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from all communications.
• Reply STOP-MKT to unsubscribe from marketing messages only.

Once your request is processed, you will receive a confirmation message indicating your updated subscription status.

TemperaturePro Columbus will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers will be able to opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at your location or during a phone call initiated by the customer. Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe.
